Black Sea were responsible for the strike.
Following the assault,
a number of persons were detained, according to the interior minister of

questioning them.

What else is this than an outright act of terrorism? In a post on social media, Mr. Zelensky made a declaration.
He claimed that while a
symposium on Russian war crimes was being held in the Netherlands, Russia had
put an end to the lives of people.
Thus, he continued,
"Russia has demonstrated its stance toward international law, Europe, and
the entire civilised world."
"Thereafter, there
can be no question that a Special Tribunal on Russian aggression against
Ukraine will be established,"
There is no longer any safety in Ukraine
Smoke continues to blow over the square from the still-smoldering House of Officers. Numerous firefighters are on the scene sorting through the enormous amounts of debris in front of me. Fire has obliterated a lot of automobiles.
